It's over........

I will admit that I am glad Christmas is over. It seemed like a very busy 24 hours. I had to work Christmas Eve morning and was there until about 1pm. I came home to find out that Nicholas had been sick earlier that morning. Not long after I was home he got sick again. Thankful on the tile but a little did hit my pretty pink Uggs :( but then he felt fine. We went out to a nice early dinner came home and it seemed to be going good. Kids were showered early. Katherine was asleep before 8:30 and Nick soon after. But Graham needed to wrap my gifts. Gave him 1 hour but he came in and asked for an extra 30 minutes since he had taken all the presents out of the attic as well. 10:00 I went out to the garage and said I really needed to get wrapping cause Nick was making noises and I wasn't not sure how long he would stay down. I did get some wrapping done before he woke up crying in pain. He wanted me to lay with him and watch tv with him. Got some Mortin in him and prayed for just 35 minutes to finish wrapping Katherine's presents since Graham was doing Nicholas's. Well, it finally kicked in and I got my 35 minutes to wrap before Katherine woke up puking. So, I had to stop again and take care of her. Showered her down, etc. Katherine is good in the fact that none of it hit her bed at all. But we got it all done and I went to bed around 1:45 am. I did thank God as I laid down for answering my prayers and giving me that 35 minutes. It was the least I could do when one thinks of all that he has done for us.

Nick and I both have a touch of a cold today but we will make it. It was a fun 3 nights though since on the 23rd the tooth fairy came, then the 24th was Santa Claus, and tonight the tooth fairy was back. That is pretty cool for Katherine.
