Heading to Vegas and we went out into Pahrump and back.

Both kids were really good for the car ride. Katherine liked looking at all the mountains.

It was neat seeing the lines in the rocks.

We made it to Vegas after lunch at Bob's Big Boy in Baker. The room was great and Katherine loved it as you can tell.

It had a huge bathroom, kitchen, and separate bedroom.

Nick being silly wearing daddy's straw hat.

Katherine playing at Bass Pro Shop on Saturday morning.

Nick posing by a waterfall. On the other side was the Silverton Casino

Katherine liked this Bass Pro Shop better then the one in Rancho Cucamonga.

Checking out the huge aquarium in the Silverton Casino. Katherine had seen it when she was 2 but she did not remember that.

Katherine and Nicholas really enjoyed it.

There were a lot of stingrays in the tank and sharks.

Nick all dressed up for Bryanna & Matt's wedding at The Imperial Palace.

Katherine striking a pose for me.

They both looked so grown up all dressed up. They behaved perfectly for not only the wedding but the reception as well.

The Strayer Family all clean up pretty good :-)

Waiting to go into the chapel for the ceremony.

The long walk to Graham's truck after the ceremony. Imperial Palace would not valet Graham's truck and had him park a mile away. The kids were super hot by the time we reached his truck.

The reception was at Bucco Di Beppio's and the food was very yummy.

Us with the bride and groom Bryanna & Matt Alexander

Nicholas actually slept through the whole reception but woke up the minute the desserts were put on the table before him :)

Nicholas, Katherine, & Sandy Moak. The kids love Sandy!!

Quick picture with dad once we got back to the hotel.

Now a picture with mommy. Then off to swim.

Sunday morning was pool time for us. The kids loved it alot. The pool was huge and kid friendly. It was also salt water which was a nice change.

The pool also had a sandy beach section to play in as well.

Pool time was over and it was off to explore the strip. To me that means heading to The Mirage.

Nicholas loved seeing all the sights. You can only wonder what he was thinking when he was taking it all in.

katherine & Nick inside The Mirage hotel on the way to see the dolphins and tigers.

They enjoyed the dolphins. There was a baby dolphin as well they got to see.

Off to see all the wild cats. The tiger was pacing back and fourth. Graham had picked Nick up and Nick was sitting on a railing (completely safe) and the tiger did not like it. she actually stoped pacing made eye contact with Nick and made a huffing like sound.

Graham and the kids looking at more tigers. We also saw lions, a panther, and llamas.

Heading back to the hotel and checked out some more dolphins.

After the Mirage we went over to Cesar's Palace to walk around and eat dinner. Then back to the Mirage to see the volcano go of at 9:00pm.

Monday was the day to head home. before We did we still expored some. The kids loved seeing all the planes coming in.

Oh, back to the Bass Pro shop to finish looking around since we did not look at all of it on Saturday. The kids liked the big giraffe in the store. It is covered in real skin as is all the animals on display there.
.Back for a last look at the aquarium as we head for the starbucks inside the casino for mommy's drink :)

Katherine and Nick posing inside of the starbucks.

Back to the Bass Pro shop for everyone to go potty before we hit the road. This is how the ceiling is decorated in the fishing area.

Playing with the toy guns and getting some energy out.

All in all we had a great trip and we would defintely stay at the Tahitti Village Resort & Spa again with or without the kids.
