Busy week

The week started with a trip to the ER with Nick for his back followed by another trip to the doctor the next morning cause his back was worse and he ended up on 2 antibiotics for an infection. Katherine was in rare form all week practicing how to be defiant which always makes for a fun time. Nick didnt want to be upstaged so he decided to have a blow out diaper on Tuesday. Didn't realize it at the time since Graham had made brocoili that night until my knee got wet. It ended up on me, Nick and the couch but it does get better. I guess when it first happen he had been playing under the kids table and well.... Katherine stepped in it. Never a dull moment here :). The week did end on a good note Katherine is the "student of the week" next week at school!! I am so proud of her. She is the first child in her class to get the honor. The other kids have been in the other K2 class. We also had dinner with my parents last night to celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary this weekend.
