Tombstone, Arizona

Went to Tombstone on Wednesday. It was a LONG ride there. 400 miles round trip to be exact. But it was so worth it. We had a really good time and it was so cool to know that these buildings you were going in and out of our real. As you are driving there and look out across the desert you can imagine cowboys riding across them. Out and exploring the streets of Tombstone!!!
This stage coach you could really take a 20 minute ride in and learn some history about the town. Of course we had to do that :)

We watched a gun shower that did reinactments of real guns fights that had happen in the town, Katherine tried a root beer while watching the show.

On the stage coach ride. Histoy note: it took 30 days to take the stage coach from St Louis, Missouri to San Francisco, California.

Katherine thanking the horses for the ride :)

Graham, Nicholas, & Katherine exploring the areas of the OK Corral.

Checking out the water tanks on the fire vechiles of those days...

Nick taking a break in the shade while listening to the story of the gun fight at the OK Corral.

Looking at the actually site the fight happen....

Wyatt Earp's third wife... can you guess what her "profession" had been? I am guessing it is not an actress like she said :) But then again that might be a little true :)

Boothill Cemetery... I started taking a couple pictures of things we had heard about in town and then I felt a little wrong. Like I was invading there resting place and I stopped.

Nicholas being silly on the ride home. Nick got a gun, play horse & hat out of the day. Katherine a play horse and gun. They made out as usual :)
